  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are:

  • South Africa: 2–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days (depending on destination and customs processing)

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on your delivery address and the size and weight of your order.

Free shipping promotions, where applicable, will be clearly indicated at checkout.

Order Tracking
